What equipment does my Player need?
- Lacrosse Stick (make sure it is a WOMENS lacrosse stick, which is very different from a men's stick)
- Goggles - Goggles need to be US Lacrosse Approved
- Mouthguard - Not clear - It needs to be visible to umpires from a distance
- Cleats - soccer or lacrosse cleats work great
Everything else is optional - really!
